Sustaining the early gains achieved via an improvement project typically requires a fundamental shift in employees' attitudes and knowledge. That is why we often recommend combining an improvement project with a series of awareness workshops so that the gains achieved can be maintained in the long term without OLC's direct involvement. While many consultants engineer their projects such that their long term involvement within the project becomes obligatory we take a very different approach. We believe that our role is to act as facilitators who job it is to train and equip the client with the skills they need to run further projects independently. We work in partnership with our clients to make their goals a reality.
