We can provide cost effective training solutions for organisations and groups across all business and management disciplines. The OLC programme of courses will help your organisation to excel in your field and open up business improvement opportunities throughout your operations. Unlike many training providers we do not charge on a ‘price per delegate’ basis. Rather, we base our fee upon the duration of the course. Always remember though that we strictly limit delegate numbers to a maximum of 15 delegates per course to ensure high levels of delegate interaction. Our courses have been designed to run over two days but each one can be tailored such that its duration can be anywhere between 1/2 day to 5 days. Likewise, courses can be combined into a more comprehensive package - for example, our introduction to auditing course could be combined with our communications theory and practice course to maximise delegates' learning and understanding of both topics.

We have an extensive portfolio of tried and tested 'off the shelf' training courses or we can develop a bespoke training course designed to specifically address the needs of your organisation. Our training courses are underpinned by our 9001:2000 certification; our membership of the British Quality Foundation and our partnerships with British Standards Institute; the Institute of Quality Assurance and the American Society for Quality. We have strong links with many leading UK Universities and Colleges and can arrange for specialist training and tuition to be provided in conjunction with one of our academic partners if required. All of our trainers and tutors hold a post-graduate qualification within their specialism and have previously held a senior position within at least one leading UK organisation. All of our certified courses are delivered by recognised industrial experts. Academic, Industrial and Professional speakers are regularly invited to present at our courses.

Our courses offer a balance between theory, practical examples and case studies. These courses also adopt the OLC ‘learning-by-doing’ approach, which includes a variety of participative exercises. Comprehensive course notes are provided to accompany each course, and small teaching groups offer the opportunity for quality discussion and feedback.

Each course can be tailored to run from 1/2 day to 5 days and courses can be combined to provide a cost effective corporate program - we have run such tailored programs for National Health Service, Vestas Blades PLC, Soreen Foods Ltd, Silent Night Group PLC amongst many others.
