For example, we helped Dalkia gain the UKs first multi-site ISO14001:1996 accreditation while, with our help, Space New Living became the first housing association in the world to be certified to the then new ISO9001:2000 standard. Similarly, the multi-media rich ISO9001:2000 'Business System' that OLC developed for AG Glass and Glazing Ltd played a key role in the company subsequently being named 'Glass Manufacturer of the Year' by the glass and glazing industry. OLC actively contributes to the development of British Standards (for example, the current British Standards Framework for Corporate Governance was developed by OLC (Europe) Ltd) and has designed training courses for the British Standards Institute on standards implementation and compliance issues.
