At OLC we specialise in providing high quality training both in the UK and overseas to non-UK residents. Our many years of experience of harmonising training requirements throughout the world, means that we understand and can satisfy your training needs. Our trainers are all recognised leaders in their field and have many years of experience working at a senior level with some of the UK's leading companies.

Our training centre is equipped with modern classrooms, a library resource centre for use by our trainees and fully equipped ICT suites (with free internet access). We can provide courses for overseas delegates that run from 1 week up to 1 year. We can accomodate groups of between 1 to 150. View our training centre.

We now have over 4 years experience of helping our trainees travel to, and settle within the UK and we can provide practical, hands-on assistance with arranging visas to study within the UK, transfers to and from the airport, and with finding accommodation, opening a bank account and registering with the UK Police Services. To ensure that our trainees enjoy their free time in the UK we run an active complimentary social program which includes regular evening visits to local restaurants and regular family days to local attractions such as Blackpool, Manchester United's Old Trafford football ground, Liverpool and Chester Zoo. By striking the right balance between training, personal support, business and company site visits, and cultural events, we ensure that our trainee's learning is maximised within a highly rewarding and enjoyable environment.

We have an extensive portfolio of tried and tested 'off the shelf' training courses or we can develop a bespoke training course designed to specifically address the needs of your organisation. You can be confident that our training services offer excellent value for money and will deliver immediate and dramatic improvements in staff productivity and work skills. Our training courses are underpinned by our 9001:2000 certification; our membership of the British Quality Foundation and our partnerships with British Standards Institute; the Institute of Quality Assurance and the American Society for Quality. We have strong links with many leading UK Universities and Colleges and can arrange for specialist training and tuition to be provided in conjunction with one of our academic partners if required. All of our trainers and tutors hold a post-graduate qualification within their specialism and have previously held a senior position within at least one leading UK organisation.
