Inspire - Educate - Innovate

Heritage

OLC was established in 1998; founders Chris Bamber and John Sharp originally collaborated with like minded professionals in California sharing information on High Performing Organisational research, case studies and experiences.

The core ethos of OLC which remains today is to grow through learning. We believe that everyone can learn and improve and that through a continuous approach to learning we become better more fulfilled individuals who can offer more. The cedar tree is a symbol that reflects this ethos, growing and developing each year. This tree has been a significant symbol for OLC and remains today in a modernised version of the tree which is used as an icon throughout branding materials.

Chris & John took this ethos and using their extensive network of contacts worldwide began to develop OLC training programmes for international blue chip organisations, providing a range of engineering and management related qualifications.

Over the years OLC has grown from strength to strength and now provides over 500 courses to students from the UK and overseas. Providing training programmes for organisations & individuals and consultancy to a wide range of commercial businesses.
