Our strategy is to continue to develop a centre of learning excellence in the UK. We aim to become recognised as a leading institution for innovative approaches to learning and a place that caters for both individual students and those from an international workplace. 

Building on our significant success, the Organisational Learning Centre will become a truly international organisation that brings together individuals from all over the world to learn together through innovative methods, leaving with practical skills and knowledge to improve their careers and the businesses they work in.

Through our existing collaborations with other educational institutions and large blue chip international organisations we will extend our ethos and applications to create Organisational Learning Centres within their sites across the world.

Furthermore we will continually develop new training methods and seek new materials to develop the range of courses we offer in the fields of Engineering & Technology and Management & Business.
