Putting theory into practice

Harouge Oil and Gas Corporation has highly recommended the Organisational Leaning Centre (OLC) after several of their employees completed a bespoke Production Planning and Maintenance course.

Director of Academic Affairs, Professor John Sharp said:
"The CEO has advised that since returning to the work place, the students have been delivering a higher standard of work, and have also implemented change and new practices; putting theory into practice in the real world."

The three Harouge students undertook a bespoke 13 week Professional Training course at the Organisational Learning Centre, Greater Manchester, at the end of last year.

"From our initial conversation with Harouge Oil and Gas, it was clear that they had strong production aims, mainly increasing the number of oil barrels produced. We therefore created a bespoke professional training course to educate employees on various processes and methods to be implemented back in the field in order to achieve the company's aims."
