The Organisational Learning Centre is a fully equipped further and higher educational college and excellent training environment.

Facilities include:

• 30 training rooms (up to 35 people per class)
• Meeting facilities (suitable for 1 – 125 people)
• Break-out Rooms
• Fully Equipped ICT suites
• Mechanical Engineering Workshops - The engineering workshop facilities have been created with the professional mechanical engineer in mind. Machining centres, engineering work-benches, condition based monitoring rigs with vibration monitoring rigs, stress and fracture analysis centres, advanced maintenance zones, flow monitoring equipment and specialized corrosion centre are central to the workshop environments.
• Science Laboratories
• Electronics Laboratories - The laboratory is equipped to demonstrate many aspects of power engineering, switchgear and programmable logic control systems.
• Test Laboratories and Inspection Rooms - In the test area non-destructive testing (NDT) and destructive testing (DT) techniques are used for analysis of mechanical failure modes and electrical fault finding or engineering problem solving.
• Information and Technology Centre - The information and communication technology centre is a state of the art computer centre with complete internet and intranet access.
• Standards and Information Libraries - The library facilities include 1,000s of engineering text from early engineering books up to modern text and engineering company product brochures and machinery manuals. Technical journals can also be accessed via the ICT suite, such as; national scientific, technical magazines, engineering and operations journals are subscribed to as well as international academic articles.
