History

The Organisation Learning Centre is Bolton's former County Police Station which we successfully acquired in 2007. This interesting and character full Grade II listed property makes a fabulous learning centre for all our training programmes.

We undertook an extensive refurbishment programme to transform this County Police Station into a fully equipped learning centre but have preserved some interesting features such as a fully functional County Court which can accommodate 125 people! The Court Room was in use until 2006 and is still used by the Greater Manchester Police for Officer Training and by Film & TV production companies. The Court is entirely original and carries Grade II listed status.
 

The Organisational Learning Centre is a UK Home Office,fully approved and accredited, Greater Manchester College of Further and Higher Education.
