Greg has 16 years of Call Centre Management responsible for all service delivery / targets before moving into IT Project Management. Greg has lectured in the areas of Information Technology, Chartered Institute of Marketing, HNC Business Studies and Accounts.
He is a Part Time lecturer for OLC courses for Institute of Credit Management.
