Gloria Bodell MSc, FICM.

Ms. Gloria L. Bodell, MSc, FICM., is a Graduate Member and Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) and provides OLC (Europe) Limited with training and consulting support for all credit management related topics. Gloria holds a masters degree from the University of Salford which she obtained through research into modern financial and credit management effectiveness. She obtained the professional degree in credit management, awarded by the ICM. Gloria was an exceptional student and obtained the highest ever exam results across all six advanced credit management topics. Consequently, Gloria is in the ICM record books and because of changes in the education programme her record of highest achiever cannot be beaten.

Gloria has worked with Dr Chris Bamber and Professor John Sharp for over 8 years, providing support for delivery of any customer consulting needs, education or professional modules and courses that require knowledge and expertise of credit management.
