An Historic Russian-British Collaboration

Tuesday the 11th October 2016 was indeed an historic day for the Organisational Learning Centre.  Dr Chris Bamber the Managing Director of OLC and Professor Vladimir Zernov the Rector of the Russian New University in Moscow (RosNOU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) committing the two Institutes to a future of mutually beneficial collaborations. But what does that mean?

Dr Chris said: “This MoU sets us apart from our competition in the UK, as we are the only independent higher education institute to be recognized by RosNOU as a valued partner. We are currently working together in the areas of Business, Politics, Tourism and Hospitality and have committed to further work on joint research projects, academic publications, seminars and workshops.  This will ensure our continued cooperation and help develop our relationship long into the future. Founded in 1991, RosNOU is a highly respected Russian New University and is already a global leader in scientific research and collaborative projects. Lead by George Gabrielian the RosNOU Director, International Affairs & Academic Mobility this New University cultivates close scientific, educational, and business contacts with a number of leading educational institutions in Europe, Asia, Arab States, and North and Latin America so OLC are part of a global network tide together by this valued Russian partner.  I am looking forward to a happy and successful partnership.

Have a look at the RosNOU website for more information about the partnership and a recent visit to Moscow by Dr Chris Bamber and Dr Allan Lawrence.
