Abneer Samuel

 

Abneer is an active researcher and British Accounting and Finance Association (BAFA) – Member; Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) and British Academy of Management (BAM)- Member. He is a PhD student in the Institute of Management, University of Bolton where he is currently researching towards his R2 mid PhD programme assessment. He holds a master of Business Administration from Bedfordshire University and a Management Bachelors Degree from the University of Wales, Trinity St David.  He is currently “Investigating the challenges for leaders and managers during the transition to a new role:  A case study of private higher education institutes” and is supervised by his Director of Studies, Dr Chris Bamber and supported by his second supervisor, Dr David Bamber. Abneer is working on a journal article publication that will be a comprehensive and systematic literature review of leadership transition in private higher education institutions.
