Support for Researchers

Undergraduate students at OLC receive great support from our staff, and each tutor assigned to teach them is already involved in their own research activities. Students have the opportunity to meet with their supervisors every two weeks and can contact them via email or phone during any working time, as well as arrange other appointments to see them in person. There is a wealth of online resources that helps to break down their research requirements and advisable structures, all of which is equally distributed to all students and is used by the tutors during each session.
OLC currently supports several PhD students and they have the opportunity to both study and research with the support of established researchers such as Dr Chris Bamber and Professor John Sharp. They are offered great financial support as well as sponsorship opportunities and are also involved in collaborative article writing for a number of different journals such as European Journal of Social Sciences and the International Journal of Knowledge Management Studies.
